Michael J. Malone
President
Mr. Malone founded G4S Compliance & Investigations, formerly MJM, Inc., in 1989 to provide professional investigations to the insurance industry. He has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Trenton State College and has been in the private investigations and security business for over 20 years. During that time he has specialized in Insurance Investigations, Loss Prevention, Risk Management and Security Information Gathering (public and private sectors). Mr. Malone is a published author, and recognized leader in the insurance investigation industry and is a member of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud. He places a high emphasis on leadership, teamwork and moral responsibility. This dedication and commitment has been the driving force behind G4S' success.

In his personal time, Mr. Malone founded the local chapter of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) in Raleigh, NC in 1999. This organization fosters education and learning for young entrepreneurs. Mr. Malone is a well-known philanthropist and regularly volunteers and contributes to numerous charitable organizations around the world.

David Brent Faggart
Chief Operating Officer
A part of the company since its inception in 1989, Mr. Faggart has contributed to many areas of the organization throughout his career. Currently, Mr. Faggart is involved in managing enterprise level projects for G4S Compliance & Investigations, both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Faggart has over 20 years experience in the areas of insurance investigations and business management, and prior to joining G4S Compliance & Investigations, has worked in the areas of Claims Adjusting and Industrial Security.

A graduate of UNC-Charlotte, Mr. Faggart holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. As G4S Compliance & Investigations continues its global expansion, Mr. Faggart has been challenged to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Russ Buchanan
Senior Vice President
Business Development
Mr. Buchanan joined G4S Compliance & Investigations in 1990 and has been instrumental in developing new partnerships and delivering his expertise to a range of service oriented divisions within G4S Compliance & Investigations.

Mr. Buchanan continues to foster development and build long lasting relationships with our clients through his commitment to customer satisfaction. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and is closely involved with our customers to provide the service required to maintain a healthy, beneficial partnership. He has developed several major partnerships and serves as the program director for many key accounts.

Mr. Buchanan also provides leadership and guidance to our account management team throughout the country.

Mr. Buchanan received his B.A. in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Carl H. Demarais
Vice President
Technology
Mr. Demarais has a mathematics degree, and worked in law enforcement in Poughkeepsie, NY prior to opening and managing a small property and casualty insurance brokerage in Northern New York in 1997. He has held licenses for life, accident, health, real estate, property and casualty sales, in addition to being a registered representative and financial advisor for Princor Financial Group.

Mr. Demarais joined G4S Compliance & Investigations as a field investigator in 1999, and managed investigative field staff regionally prior to relocating his family to Raleigh, NC in 2003 to assume responsibility for management of all field resources globally. During his period of employment, Mr. Demarais has been instrumental in the development of many G4S Compliance & Investigations standards and practices, both internal and external, leveraging his unique mix of insurance industry and technical knowledge.

In his current role as Vice President of Technology, Mr. Demarais is responsible for development and implementation of innovative technology solutions and advancements, as well as all data transmission, integrity and security at G4S Compliance & Investigations.

Jodi A. Darrohn
Vice President
Human Resources
Mrs. Darrohn graduated Cum Laude from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science Degree and has received her PHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She has worked for G4S Compliance & Investigations since 1999 and has been instrumental in formalizing many of its employment practices. Specializing in Policy Development, Benefit Administration, Liability Management, Employee Relations and Corporate Compliance, she has been successful in creating a positive and productive work environment for employees and managers alike.

In addition to her direct oversight of Global Human Resources, she manages G4S Compliance & Investigations' Corporate Giving Program and Volunteer efforts throughout the community. While at G4S Compliance & Investigations, Mrs. Darrohn has been responsible for implementation and oversight of a variety of strategic objectives, some of which include, corporate communications, staffing/retention, management development, diversity and social responsibility.

She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and graduated from the University of North Carolina's HR/Business Management Series.

John L. Erickson
Senior Vice President
Account Management
In 1995, Mr. Erickson joined the G4S Compliance & Investigations team and since then has worn many hats within the company. From Case and Operations Management to Director of Information and Technology, Mr. Erickson is well versed in all aspects of G4S Compliance & Investigations.

Mr. Erickson was recently promoted to Senior Vice President of Account Management, continuing his rise as a key leader for G4S Compliance & Investigations. In his current role, Mr. Erickson maintains oversight of many of G4S Compliance & Investigations' key client partnerships. His well roundedness and commitment to G4S Compliance & Investigations provides a strong foundation for the many projects that take priority on a daily basis.

Prior to joining G4S Compliance & Investigations, Mr. Erickson spent 12 years in the Special Operations and Military Intelligence unit for the U.S. Marine Corps.

Kieran Milne
Managing Director
Australia
Since 1996, Mr. Milne has worked at Milne & Associates, which merged with G4S Compliance & Investigations in 2004. He is currently responsible for the overall management of the Australian division of G4S Compliance & Investigations, including high level management, client liaison, business and professional development as well as the personnel, budgeting and ongoing performance of the company.

Prior to joining the G4S Compliance & Investigations team, Mr. Milne worked for the New South Wales Police for six years. During this time, he gained valuable investigation experience, working as a detective investigating a wide range of criminal activities involving crimes of violence, drugs and prohibited substances, fraud and deception offenses and theft and related offenses. He currently holds a Private Inquiry Agent license.

Mr. Milne holds a number of professional qualifications and earned an Associate Diploma in Policing in 1995 from Charles Sturt University.
